After going to Italy this year was excited to try this place. The atmosphere was beautiful and lively. The server was attentive and friendly. The food was just okay. I ordered a seafood linguini dish and the seafood was good but the pasta was spaghetti and not linguini, and was just a little too al dente. I had intentionally ordered that dish to get linguini pasta and not spaghetti. The bolognase my friend got was too salty. The tiramsu seemed like it was from a grocery store, the portion was humongous and was more like a large piece of cake. The buffalo mozzarella and the view at night were my favorite things of all. Overall, not bad, but not my favorite Italian restaurant in the city.

We just returned from Italy. Can I sanely say that the food at this establishment is superior to any I had abroad? It's true. I was on the fence of this statement, but then the dessert came. I'm ruined, it's all incredible. How lucky I am to have such experiences. Keep traveling, but come here also. You won't be disappointed.

We just came in for our anniversary and was very pleased with our choice! We have eaten at other high end Italian in our area but this one was the best in Cincinnati. The flavors are true Italian and will make your taste buds jump for joy. Our waiter was spot on with recommendations and was very personal and professional.

Al Lupo Italian Restaurant in Mt. Adams exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, Vic made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our server, Dillon, was outstandingβ€”knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to every detail, and made the entire dining experience seamless. Every dish was exceptional. The fresh bread was the perfect start, followed by the delicious caprese and the must-try corn ribs. The seafood pot was packed with fresh octopus, clams, mussels, and incredible flavor, and the fried calamari was cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the duck and couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was. The atmosphere at Al Lupo is beautiful, warm, and inviting. We were so impressed that we can’t wait to come back with a larger group to enjoy one of their private dining rooms. If you’re looking for one of the best Italian restaurants in Cincinnati or Mt. Adams with outstanding food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Al Lupo is a must-visit. 10,000/10 recommendβ€”we will absolutely be back!

This place is great! Very authentic Italian cuisine. We sat on the patio and the weather was perfect. Parking was easy on the street or you can valet. Everything we ordered was amazing. Must stop by if you are in town. Pork chop was one of the best I’ve eaten. The pizza was also delicious with really good crust.
